    Asharqia Chamber and SABIC implement the second version of the Industrial Investor Qualification Program (Nesna)​

    Asharqia Chamber, in partnership with the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), is implementing the second version of the Professional Certificate Project for Industrial Investor Qualification (Nesna), which started last Sunday (January 19, 2020) and continues until Wednesday, the eighth of next April, with the participation of a number of experts and specialists in the fields of qualifying young investors to work in the industrial field.​

    The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, said that the program - which is being implemented for the second time - aims to help young investors in establishing their small and medium industrial projects through a package of training programs ending with the establishment of factories for the graduates of the program, within the framework of the orientation of the Eastern Chamber and SABIC to support small enterprises And the medium on the one hand, and support industrial activity on the other, and within the framework of the Kingdom's 2030 vision supporting these two options specifically.​

    Al-Khaldi added that the program, which lasts over 11 weeks by 3 days per week and a number of training hours, has been launched in its first stage, as the admitted to the program are subject to training hours by professional training staff who are competent, who are qualified and experienced in the implementation of training programs and who have Sufficient experience based on the industrial investment environment in the Kingdom, and they possess the ability and capabilities to follow up on the program graduates and provide them with the necessary advice and guidance to achieve the required success in implementing projects efficiently and competently.

    Al-Khaldi stated that during the first phase of the program (Sunday, January 19, 2020, to Wednesday, March 13, 2020), during the first week he provides basic information on a topic that is very important, related to the issue of preparing the economic feasibility study (the theoretical side), through the trainer Muhammad Al-Owaid In the hope that the program will continue in the second week (26 to 28 January 2020), to address the financial aspects of the industrial project, through the trainer Zaid El-Yaish, while the program will address in the third week (2-4 February 2020), the legal procedures related to industrial licenses and not So, where is speaking on this side coach Abeed AlObied.

    As for the fourth week, from this stage (February 9-11, 2020), the entrepreneurial skills and their applications in the industrial world, including creativity tools and environmental sustainability, will be highlighted, and trainer Dr. Nabil Shalaby, before the trainees entered the practical side in preparing the economic feasibility study, in the fifth week (February 16-18, 2020) through the trainer, Muhammad Al-Owaid.​

    In this regard, the Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber stressed that in an effort by the Chamber and SABIC to spread the culture of self-employment, this program was designed, and we look through it to attract young people with the ability and competence to establish small and medium factories in an organized and professional manner, as the program provides them with the technical and administrative skills and the necessary information, as it covers The program has administrative, marketing, financial and legal aspects, and a feasibility study, and each participant who meets the conditions gets a certificate to pass the training period, qualifies him to undertake an industrial project, and gets direct support from the "Support" program at SABIC to build his own factory.
